Shipping Policy

 

Schedule of Shipping

5 business days in a week from Monday to Friday and timings will be 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Orders received after 11:30 am on any business day between Monday to Friday will not be shipped on the same working day.

 

 

Location of Shipping

Our shipment locations are domestic as well as international. As we are based in UK, that particular location will be termed as domestic and other regions will be international. The charges will follow according to the locations. Drop us an email or call us to know more about international locations where we ship.

 

 

Carriers we use

We make shipment through UPS, USPS & FedEx. These carriers are rendering their service to us and are mostly preferred by customers. If customers wish to send through other carriers they are requested to submit the details of the same along with the order details.


A small quantity of the order is normally shipped within 2 business days, while larger quantity orders are shipped within 5 business days. If a customer places an order after 12 o’ clock noon, that entire day will not be counted in shipping days.


There may be some delay under certain circumstances. Customer’s discretion is highly advised.

 

 

Shipping Charges

We do not earn charging hefty amount on the name of shipping charges and neither our profit is based on the same. Hence do not worry about charges. We charge you the same amount what potential shipping company charges us.

 

These charges are strictly based on weight and location and none of them is negotiable. You can pay the charges via credit transfer, visa cards, banker cheque or cash. You will receive a receipt of an amount charged for shipment.

 

If charges are increased by shipping companies the excess amount of shipping the shipment will be borne by the customer. In case if the shipping charges are more than the estimated one, genuine explanations will be provided and the customer will be requested to adjust the deficit by paying it off.

 

We hold no responsibility if the customer makes his own shipping arrangements in the manner he is comfortable with. In such cases, customer will have to deal with the shipping company on their own.

 

 

Track an order

A tracking number will be provided by the shipping company once the order is shipped. We will redirect you the same through an email. You can check your shipment online or you can request us to do on your behalf. In such cases, you need to formally mail us a request with the tracking number.

 

Requesting formally to track the shipment on your behalf on a landline or mobile phones will not be entertained.

 

What are duties and taxes charged for international shipment?

 

The customer receiving products across international borders will have to consult his/her own government to release the package and will have to pay relevant border taxes, customs fees, duties and brokerage fees, whatever is applicable.

 

Kindly check with your local authority or customs agents to see applicable fee structure for releasing the packages ordered across international borders. These fees are not included in the order cost and neither entertained by extreme supplies.

 

It will be customer’s sole liability to pay the fees demanded by his/her local bodies.
